A contemporary, mid sized modern must-have, the Elmley covers a comfortable 5m x 3m footprint. This clever combination of modern features creates the ideal outdoor home to let your imagination fly free. A versatile addition to any outdoor space, ideal use for multi desk offices, home gyms, sheltered outdoor dining or just a place to relax. With a classic single, double glazed door and two tilt and turn double glazed windows adjacent as well as a 3/4 length double glazed tilt and turn side window. This interchangeable build allows for the window to be place on either side, to suit your gardens layout or your personal preferences.

Variations of options are available for the Elmley, this variety has a 24kg polyester felt roof without an underlay. The Felt has a polyester fibre base layer, making it much stronger and more resistant with an amazing 2x tear resistance of conventional, more flimsy mineral felt. With this increase quality, a life span of up to 15 years is expected for long-term, safe and continuous use of your outdoor home not-so-far away from home.
It is recommended for the upgrade of a felt underlay to be added for major improvements, however you know what you want much better than us!

This piece come available in pieces or with a professional assembly service, and for the DIY lovers out there, the overall size of your new outdoor home is 5.24m x 3.36m with an overhanging roof of 36cm for extra weather protection. With a massive floorspace of 4.7m x 2.7m, you have a generous area of 12.77m² to fully customise your new home to fit your image.

All deliveries are made by vehicles with a crane off-load facility and with an optional professional assembly service. The log cabin must be built upon a solid and level surface.

Standard Deliveries - £5.99 (Free over £50 to UK Mainland - please see exclusions below)

In normal circumstances we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (small parcels) within 2-5 working days to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimated and are therefore subject to change.
Highlands & Islands available with surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
If ordered with larger items marked 2 person and pallet deliveries the items may be combined with that delivery method.

*Free delivery exclusions apply on sale items and heavy or larger items and charges will be calculated at the checkout stage.

Larger items including garden furniture will be delivered via the appropriate courier. We offer a courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email after placing your order notifying you which service will be used.
For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of receipt of order provided that our courier is able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
If we have attempted to deliver on the pre-booked day but no one is at the delivery address, the following charges will apply:- Pallet deliveries - £50 per pallet, 2 man deliveries - £70.
For bulk compost orders, delivery will be made on pallets, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside. Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
